Easybook (B) Sdn. Bhd. (“ Easybook”, “ we”, “ our”, or “ us”) appreciates the trust of our customers (“users, “purchaser”, or “ You”) on EBO. Hence, the referral scheme for the EBO (“Scheme”) is designed by Easybook whereby the referral commission under the Scheme (“Referral Commission”) can be earned by the EBO purchaser (“Referrer”) through referring other new EBO purchaser (“Referee”). The Scheme and the Referral Commission are subject to the terms and conditions as set forth herein (“T&C”).

You are advised to read this T&C carefully to understand the Scheme including the Referral Commission. This T&C shall subject to the Terms and Conditions of EBO, the Terms of Use of the EBO website, and the Privacy Policy of EBO.

The Scheme is subject to:

1. Who is entitled?
   • Referrer shall mean the new EBO account user;
   • Referee shall mean the new user who has registered his/her first EBO account by using the referral link of the Referrer;
   • The existing account holder of Easybook.com is not entitled to this scheme;
   • Each individual can only register one EBO account. Duplication of account, for example, same individual using different email address/name or payments made from the same resources, is strictly prohibited;
   • v)The Company may at its sole discretion, take action against the account of the user if the Company suspects or notices that the user has breached any provision of this T&C whereby the action shall include to suspend, forfeit the EBO/ Referral Commission, and/or closure of the account of the user.
2. When does the Referral Commission takes effect?
   • Each Referrer shall enjoy the entitlement of the Referral Commission from the Referee’s EBO’s purchase for six (6) months from the date the Referee registers the EBO account (“Entitlement Period”);
   • There shall be no Referral Commission given to the Referrer on any transaction made by the Referee after the Entitlement Period;
   • As soon as the Referee registers the EBO account using the Referrer’s referral link, the referral is established;
   • Once the Referee purchases the EBO, the Referral Commission will be calculated subject to the provisions of this T&C;
   • The Referral Commission will be credited into the Referrer’s EBO account within 24 hours upon successful EBO purchase made by the Referee subject to the provisions of this T&C.
3. How to calculate the Referral Commission?
   • The credit of the Referral Commission is subject to the Net EBO value (be defined below) that the Referrer has in his/her EBO account based on the calculation below:

   • Net EBO Value shall mean:
     • The value of the EBO that remain in the EBO account of the Referrer which is calculated on the last day of every month;
     • Any selling of the EBO will be deducted from the EBO value;
     • To be evaluated based on the value of the EBO at the time Referrer purchased the EBO;
     • The real-time trading price of the EBO, be it increase or decrease, will not be taken into account;
     • The Referral Commission earned by the Referrer is excluded from the value.
   • Formula:
     Referral Commission earned = Rate of Referral Commission (%) x the value of EBO purchased by Referee (USD)

   • The Net EBO Value will be calculated on monthly basis subject to the records of the Referrer’s account on the last day of the month;
   • The calculation will be done after the last day of the month to ensure the accuracy of the amount;
   • If the Referee shares his/her referral link with other parties, the Referee will become the Referrer in the new referral network, whereby the terms and conditions above shall apply.
4. What can the Referrer do with the Referral Commission?
   • The Referral Commission will be credited into the cash account of the Referrer;
   • The Referral Commission can be withdrawn from the cash account to the bank account appointed by the Referrer, subject to the same withdrawal fees of the cash of the EBO account.
5. The personal data of the Referee
   • The Referrer shall confirm that he/she has obtained the consent of the Referee before he/she shares the personal data, ie. email address of the Referee with Easybook.
   • ii) The personal data of the Referee shall subject to the Dasar Privasi.
6. Acknowledgement & Feedback
   • You acknowledge that this Scheme and the Referral Commission are the token of appreciation from Easybook to the Referrer and shall not be constituted as a warranty or guarantee of return from Easybook;
   • We may amend, revise or update this T&C from time to time. By continuing accessing or interacting with Easybook following the modifications, updates, or amendments to this T&C, You signify your acceptance of such modifications, updates, or amendments.
